In 2015 the awards continued with Yarrum Designer Homes winning Best Custom Homes $600,001 to $700,000 for a stunning single level home ideally suited to a large lot.

In addition, Yarrum DesignerHomes won Best Custom Home $700,001 to $800,000 for an inspiring two storey home designed for a small lot with commanding views.

2014 was another great year for awards, with Yarrum Designer Homes winning best project home under $300,000 for a stunning home at Fern Bay near Newcastle, and best project home over $400,000 for modified version of the Muirfield design. This same home won the coveted Project Home of the Year, and will now go to the HIA National Awards in mid 2015 to be in the running for Australian Project Home of the Year

If that wasn’t enough, the company won Best Custom Home $800,000 to $1 Million for a grand residence designed and constructed by Yarrum.

In 2013 HIA-CSR Hunter Housing Awards again saw Yarrum Designer Homes being commended, receiving awards for Best Project Home up to $300k, Best Outdoor Project and Best Custom Home $800,001 –$1 million!

In 2012 the most prestigious award was won by Yarrum Designer Homes, ‘Hunter Valley Home of the Year’.

The judges said “the architectural design of the house was outstanding”. They gave it top marks for all finishes and workmanship, including its energy-efficient qualities. Stephen Murray, Managing Director of Yarrum Designer Homes, was most proud to win the Home of the Year, but also that the company won Best Project Home under $300,000 for the Killara design.
