This client’s block in Merewether is in a premier location, elevated on a hill with the potential for sweeping views of the city and ocean and cooling breezes. The clients wanted to develop the site with a duplex, providing a luxury home for their own family, as well as a home to sell as an investment.  The clients were looking for a builder to partner with who they felt confident could deliver the quality expected by buyers in the area, as well as completing the build on budget to make their investment viable.



With a clear focus on the future buyer in mind, Yarrum Designer Homes in house Interior Designer in collaboration with the clients chose colours, materials, fixtures and fittings which were on trend, and also provide a good basis for the future homeowner’s own belongings.

• Colours of the coast were the inspiration for the palette of white and grey, timber features to add warmth and firesafe aluminium cladding adding a unique design element.
