This Professional couple chose to purchase a corner block to build their first home. After spending weekends going through project home displays villages they chose Yarrum Designer Homes because they could design a custom home perfectly suited to their block, the outlook, their wish list and most importantly, their budget.



With busy work schedules they left all the selections to Yarrum’s Interior Designer who met their brief to perfection, including dark and dramatic elements mixed with a light base and natural materials.

• Alfresco lined in V Joint lining boards to add interest
• Instead of polished concrete, extra large format concrete look tiles were used to ensure the budget was contained
• Viridian VLam glass to bedrooms which reduces noise by 34% compared to ordinary glass. It also has enhanced UV qualities
• Polytec Black Matt Venette joinery with black sink and tap wear was balanced against the lightness of Quantum Quartz Michelangelo stone.
• A blackbutt dining table custom made dropping down from the island bench
• A lopi fireplace surrounded by rusty look tile cladding gives the sitting room real cosiness
