The clients had been doing their research for two years before they came and spoke to Yarrum Designer Homes. The brief was for a contemporary home designed around their pool and their relaxed lifestyle and to take advantage of the commanding views over the surrounding countryside in the new a residential subdivision north of Maitland.

• The home has been designed to make the most of the northern sun and to provide privacy and space.
• Wide verandahs run the length of the house providing shade for the pool alfresco area and provide fantastic thermal properties in heating and cooling the house all year round.
• Window placement in the home was designed to allow for free-flowing cooling breezes throughout with louvres being a key component.
• Miele appliances, including 2 ovens, a steam oven, a combi microwave oven, integrated dishwasher, Vintec wine fridge and soft close drawer systems.
• Butler’s pantry complete with a second dishwasher, sink and ample storage completes this kitchen.
• Double open shower space with Nickles Techno shower heads containing LED lighting and Milan heated towel rail.
