This client had visited the Vintage Golf Resort on numerous times and enjoyed themselves so much they decided to buy a block of land overlooking the third tee and build their perfect getaway. They would use the home themselves but also place it on Air BNB. Crucial to the design was taking in the views over the golf course and high on their list of priorities was a media room, cellar, study nook and high ceilings in the living area.
